Electrical South will accept quote approvals online based on the correct entry of the user id and password of the authorized individual. The customer accepts that all quotations for repair services approved in this maner will be repaired by Electrical South at the quoted rate and will be returned to the customer. The customer agrees to pay for quoted repairs approved in this manner with no further correspondence regarding the quoted price with Electrical South except in the event of issues concerning product repair quality or workmanship or in the event of customer questions. All such discrepancies will be handled in accordance with Electrical South's standard warranty and customer service procedures.
