Service Evaluation:
Your item is not listed in our catalog. The item is currently being evaluated to determine the best repair solution. Visit our repair capabilities page to search the list of items currently in our catalog.

 
 

Quote Approval:
If your account is set up to "always quote before repair," or the item received was not listed in our catalog or database, the job is placed in a holding area awaiting your response to our faxed quotation. Please contact your Customer Service Representative at 1-800-950-9330 or 1-800-950-9550 to approve the quote and initiate the repair of your item. To expedite your repair process, sign up for online quote approval and approve your jobs on the web 24 hours a day.

 
 

Repair in Process:
Your job is in the process of being serviced. This includes cleaning, troubleshooting, repairing, and testing for reliability.

 
 

Parts Department:
Your job requires special order parts to complete the repair process. If you requested "RUSH" service for you job, the parts will be requested next day air shipment.

 
 

Quality Control:
Your job is located in the quality control area. All successfully repaired items must pass a 29-point quality control checklist to ensure that they are fully operational and in like-new condition. Once your job has passed the QC inspection, it will be forwarded to the shipping department.

 
 

Shipping Department:
Your job is located in the shipping department. Here it is placed in anti-static packaging and damage proof containers to ensure safe return. Appropriate paperwork, such as a packing list, is completed and inserted into the package. Quality assurance reports, which provide service details and a list of parts replaced, are included for Class 1 items. If your item was calibrated, a certificate of calibration is included with the shipment.

 
 

Item Shipped Out:
Your item has been collected by the return shipping service and is on the way back to you.
